Oh Twinkle Trot, elusive thing,
Blessed with hooves to rival Pegasus’ wings,
Of thee I sing.
Oh mare so strong in flight, keeper of the light,
I do see you tonight.
A horse to some, or an Equus caballus to others,
Whatever her name, she will guide you just the same.
A Twinkle Trot sighting brings strength and delight,
And freedom if you choose to follow her in flight.
She will lead you to believe that with a little more trust in you,
dreams and fairy tales can and do come true.
Hard work and faith will bring you very far,
And committed words and wishes will steer you to your star.
She may sow both starlets and seeds of potential,
But believing in yourself and showing up is essential.
Always listening, without a word, and with an open ear,
She will be there beside you, to guide you, year after year.
