The Major Molasses Story

Major Molasses leads with kindness.
His words are carefully spoken and penned,
calling for all to transcend,
to build strong bridges which mend,
have olive branches ever ready to extend,
seeking harmony as the only intended end.
He creates happy followers at every bend,
by sticking to his plan,of creating only friends.
His troops shake hands, and befriend,
they never offend or condescend,
only listen, reconcile, and commend.
so they have never needed to defend.
